A truly great coach, has brought on and improved so many players. I cannot sum up in words what a transformation this man has brought to Saracens RFU. From the days of Southgate yo-yoing between leagues, losing our best players. We now attract and through our Academy produce the best players. I wish you a great and very happy future and thank you for the amazing times we, Saracens RFU, have shared together.
